The Revelation by Sami Ayoub and Mrs. Taylor Ayoub is a short English Islamic book published by Darussalam Publishers that narrates the experience of Wahy (Divine Revelation) received by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, explaining how the Qur’an was first revealed to him and what this moment meant for the start of Islam. Written in clear, simple English, the book makes a critical religious milestone accessible and inspiring especially for children, young readers, and beginners who want to understand how and why Allah’s message came to humanity through revelation. The narrative offers both historical insight and spiritual reflection without fluff, sticking close to authentic Islamic belief about the Prophet’s ﷺ first encounter with Angel Jibreel (Gabriel) in the Cave of Hira and the beginnings of the Qur’anic message.

‘The Revelation’ is certainly educational and provides an in-depth analysis of the Quran's revelation. My only critique is that its academic tone may not be as accessible to casual readers who might benefit from a more approachable narrative style.
